Milky Nebula layers three different reflective textures over a soft, sheer nude base: luminous cat-eye shimmer, sparkling glitter flakes, and iridescent candy foil.
Instead of a flat glitter finish, each layer catches the light differently. The cat-eye creates a soft moving glow, the glitter adds flashes of sparkle, while translucent candy foil shifts between pink, green, gold and icy rainbow tones depending on the angle.
